I want Eurovision tickets, how do I get hold of them?

As an unofficial club, we have no links to the Eurovision organisation or ticket sales.  We can however advise how it is possible to buy them.
There are two methods: via public sale and via OGAE sales.

Public Sale

The public ticket sale details change each year as each host country and their reseller/venue changes.  This typically occurs in November the year prior, and details on the sale are released via the official song contest website - Eurovision.tv

We recommend keeping an eye on the website above regularly as the time between announcing the ticket sale and actual sales is usually less than a week.  Tickets, particularly for the Eurovision final, will sell out quickly (and by quickly, we mean 'within an hour').  Semi final ticket prices average at approximately $120 AUD, and the final show ticket prices start at approximately $200 AUD.

NOTE: We advise that you do not purchase tickets via any other ticket re-seller other than that listed by the official Eurovision.tv website.  As to be expected, many websites in Europe love to jump on the bandwagon, and promise tickets to eager fans but are either far more expensive than the original prices, or worse, fakes.

OGAE Sale

OGAE are a series of Eurovision fanclubs who organise on a yearly basis with organisers to have access to a limited number of specially priced ticket packages in prime locations at the contest.  These tickets are only available in mass packages that include both semi-finals and the final, as well as dress rehearsals for each show during which jury voting occurs.  Subsequently, they are more expensive than individual ticket options if you just wish to attend one particular show, e.g. the final.  On average, a ticket package for the 6 shows costs approximately $500 AUD.

In regards to the OGAE fanclub sales, you are required to be a paid member of these fanclubs to be eligible.  There are more than 40 separate clubs to join across Europe and also 'rest of the world'.  You do not necessarily have to live in the country of your chosen OGAE member club to have access to their ticket allocation.  Contact the individual club about their procedures, timings and fees.  Visit ogaeinternational.com to see the list of fanclubs.
